This video is about 15 minutes long and consists of five sections of one minute. Each section has a one-minute blast of cardio, arms, legs and abs. You can choose to do as many of the five sections as you want. For the one-minute blast of cardio, set the pace as fast or slow as you like.

Some important things to remember..... if you're feeling ill or lightheaded, stop exercising and take a break. If it continues, ring your doctor for advice. If you have any health conditions that might be affected by exercise, please be cautious and adjust accordingly.
