This week's video is about 15 mins long and consists of 5 sections of 1 minute. Each section has a 1-minute blast of Cardio, Arms, Legs and Abs. You can choose to do all 5 sections and for the 1-minute blast of cardio you set the pace as fast or slow as you want.

If you are feeling ill or lightheaded stop exercising and take a break. If it continues ring your doctor for advice. If you have any health conditions that maybe affected by exercise, please be cautious and adjust accordingly.
