This routine is about 15 minutes long. It consists of three sections of five minutes. Each section has a one-minute blast of cardio, arms, legs and abs. You can do one, two or all three sections. For the one-minute blast of cardio, you set the pace. Go as fast or slow as you want.

Some important things to remember..... if you're feeling ill or lightheaded, stop exercising and take a break. If it continues, ring your doctor for advice. If you have any health conditions that might be affected by exercise, please be cautious and adjust accordingly.
