Our services Active videos for young carers Get Active with Christine Week 5 - 15 Minute Fitness Blast, June 2020 This Exercise Vid is about 15 mins long and consists of 3 sections of 5 minutes. Each 5 min has 1-minute blast of Cardio, Arms, Legs and Abs. You can choose to do 1,2, or all 3 sections and for the 1-minute blast of cardio you set the pace as fast or slow as you want. If you are feeling ill or lightheaded stop exercising and take a break. If it continues ring your doctor for advice.
