Week 14 features a 10-minute stretch routine that relaxes the whole body. We work our way around the body stretching and moving. This helps to keep our bodies flexible while working on our balance.

If you are feeling ill or lightheaded, stop exercising and take a break. If it continues ring your doctor for advice. If you have any health conditions that may be affected by exercise, please be cautious and adjust accordingly.
