Yoga for Little Carers

Robyn has supported our Young Carer Service for longer than we can remember, running health and wellbeing groups with young carers of all ages.

As we entered lockdown and stopped providing group activities, Spirit Level Yoga was an obvious choice for a partner who could help us to create online content.

Join Robyn from Spirit Level Yoga as she takes us on a short relaxing journey. These videos are designed to get children age 7 and under physically active while improving their wellbeing.
