Get Active with Christine

Did you know that Christine Tindale from the Young Carer Service is also a personal trainer? She’s been busy making exercise videos to keep teenage young carers fit and active. 

Thanks to Covid-19, we haven't been able to run our usual physical activity groups. Normally we'd be out climbing, trampolining or finding other ways to stay fit and wear the staff out. No problem - we've got a Christine! 

Christine has spent the summer creating content to help young carers stay active at home. All you need is a bit of space and maybe a few objects from around the house. 

Some important things to remember..... if you're feeling ill or lightheaded, stop exercising and take a break. If it continues, ring your doctor for advice. If you have any health conditions that might be affected by exercise, please be cautious and adjust accordingly.
