Carer Support Workers provide a practical, personal and specialised service to support the people you care for, allowing you to have that much needed break.

Carer Support Workers quite simply step into your shoes for a while and take over your role. They will treat the person you care for with dignity, compassion and respect, enabling you to have a much-deserved break. They can carry out any care task that you normally do, both in the home and whilst taking the person you care for out into the community.

Our Carer Support Workers are based locally and many have experience of being a carer themselves. They're trained to at least NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and receive on-going training and support. A team of Care Coordinators provide them with day-to-day supervision and 24 / 7 access to support and advice.
