School or college, studying and helping at home can make finding space for quality ‘me time' very hard for young carers. It can be difficult to relax, get active, eat healthy or do the things that help to keep us well. But there are plenty of skills that young carers can learn that help build health and resilience. 

We provide fun group programmes that focus on young carer health and wellbeing, including healthy cooking, physical activity, yoga, mindfulness, building resilience and identifying positive relationships. Our programmes build skills, strategies and knowledge that young carers can continue to use at home.

To access the fund, young carers must first receive an assessment and register with us.
