Our first video is a 15-minute ‘Fitness Blast’ and consists of 3 sections of 5 minutes. Each 5 minute section has a 1-minute blast of cardio, arms, legs and abs. You can choose to do 1, 2, or all 3 sections. For the 1-minute blast of cardio, you set the pace as fast or slow as you want.

If you are feeling ill or lightheaded stop exercising and take a break. If it continues ring your doctor for advice. If you have any health conditions that maybe affected by exercise, please be cautious and adjust accordingly.
