This is a 10-minute routine that stretches and relaxes the whole body. We work our way around the body stretching and moving. This helps to keep our bodies flexible while working on our balance.

Some important things to remember..... if you're feeling ill or lightheaded, stop exercising and take a break. If it continues, ring your doctor for advice. If you have any health conditions that might be affected by exercise, please be cautious and adjust accordingly.
